About Us

Envisioned as a highly productive arena that is at the forefront of innovative thinking, the IIT Gandhinagar Research Park is much more than a physical space. Established as a section 8 not-for-profit company in 2017, it seeks to foster a powerful interplay between industry and academia, and thereby push the boundaries of innovation and research.

Industries can set up their offices at the Park to carry out R & D activities and be part of the vibrant community and gain access to R&D professionals, students and state-of-the-art R&D infrastructure at IIT Gandhinagar. The Research Park facilitates collaborations between Industries and IIT Gandhinagar faculty, enables industry partners to access the laboratories, high-end equipment, researchers and students and other resources at IITGN, and gives advice on collaborative R&D.

The Research Park team enables interactions between industry members of Research Park as well as Industries and academia of the region, as well as in the aspects related to IP management, licensing etc.
